Cockatiels are members of the Aves family and Psittaciformes subclass, along with parrots. They belong to the Nymphicus genus and have different digestive systems than humans. In fact, cockatiels never fart. But, if you smell a strange odor from your cockatiel, it is probably time to take your pet to the vet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although cockatiels do produce an odorous gas, it is not harmful. The odor is caused by gases that travel through the long intestine. The gas picks up smelly stuff in the long intestine. As a result, it is not pleasant for the owner. But you can use the eggshell as a decorative object. However, you should never let your cockatiel eat<\/a> its fart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
